Lincartan Bushcamp is approx 350km north east of Alice Springs, but can take up to 5 - 6 hours to get there along the Plenty Highway. Most of the Plenty Highway is unsealed, but recent roadworks and updgrades have made this drive easier. Other access includes coming up from Peoppels Corner ( on the SA/NT) border and north through the Simpson Desert toward Hay River.
